Circular Letter Provided by the Bank
Dear Candidates,
Your selection for the post of PO/MT- III & SPLST III through IBPS CWE and allotment to our Bank.
We congratulate you for being selected by IBPS as PO / General Banking Officer in Scale – I / Specialist Officers and allotted to our Bank. We welcome you to our organization which is 107 years old and has more than 4500 branches all over India.
We are in the process of scrutinizing your application and documents, which will take some time. After scrutiny of the documents, if the same are in order, we shall issue Offer Letters to candidates at their correspondence address, in phased manner.
You will have to complete pre-recruitment formalities at Centre / Zonal Offices which will be advised to you through Offer Letter. On receipt of documents for pre-recruitment formalities, complete in all respect, from the Medical Zones we shall issue Appointment Letter.
If you are presently employed, you may submit resignation to your present employer only after receipt of Appointment Letter and are required to submit us clean discharge certificate before joining the services of our organization.
The main pre-recruitment formalities would be as bellow:
- Medical Examination by our “ Approved Doctor” only.
- Police Verification Report/s.
- Verification of your character certificate, employers certificate, referee
- Verification of your discharge certificate if you are employed.
- Submission of relevant Caste Certificate etc.,
